Difficult to load pictures and upload files, there are discussions about the apps server is in China with compromised privacy settings.

So far; very user friendly, easy to use and navigate. I like it! Lets see how well a of the features work and how the friends and fans like it.

Overall its a solid app. But please stop with the constant advertisement-like push notifications about checking out memories, uploading new photos, and more. Theres not even an option to turn them off. And I use the app often so its not due to inactivity. Dial back the salesy notifications please. Also, please split up likes and comments. I dont want to see likes inline with comments - split them up into two feeds or just show me a total number of likes and the comments separately. Everything in one feed is just noise.

I love this app so much that I use it every day for my two babies! Easy to use and fast!

Ive been using this app since my son was born and our whole family is hooked. Its such a great way to provide anyone whos not nearby to experience our son growing up. The one thing that can make this app even more awesome is if the social element was enhanced. It would be great to have a real conversation around a picture or video. Today its a bit basic.

Since the recent updates the diary is so custom its a mess. It doesnt know if youve misspelled words, doesnt capitalize at the beginning of sentences, and is pushing this audio diary idea which is so weird. Seems like they have some bugs to fix.

Please remove facebook and other quick links Thats the whole purpose of me paying for this service. Or make the link less intrusive. It is more inconvenient to set privacy for a photo than it is to instantly broadcast on Fb. If I wanted to post of fb, Ill post on fb and not use this app

Prompts within the app are in Mandarin. I have no way to correct that and make into English. I dont remember choosing that language.

some translations need to occur, where directions are only in chinese or sometimes only in english. some issues with photos loading, but really enjoy the concept and setup!

Love the app! Clean, beautiful interface, and very user friendly. The best part is they have amazing customer service. I made the stupid mistake in setting up the app incorrectly. I emailed them and they replied right away and explained what I needed to do. I wouldve paid for this app :)
